To guarantee the best price for your trip, down-payment (20-50%) shall be completed 7 working days after the deal. Full payment must be made 30 days prior to the trip.
Toraberu Japan’s trips are supported by many companies that require guarantee payment. Therefore, paid down-payment is non-refundable. Full payment is refundable: – 100% (15 days before departure) – 70% (8-14 days before departure) – 50% (2-7 days before departure) Full payment is not refundable if cancelation is made 1 day prior to departure or no-show of clients.
Yes. We understand that it is sometimes necessary to make a little change. No additional fee will be charged as long as no additional purchase is required.
